Responsible for performing all outside repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Services and installs all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as needed.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy, and submits on a daily basis.
• Coordinate daily with Mobil Service Manager.
• Turn in detailed paperwork daily, including part numbers, vin numbers and before and after pictures of the repair.
• Works closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of installations, repairs and service work.
• Maintains a clean service vehicle at all times. Performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook on service/repairs done on a routine basis.
• Keeps vehicle stocked with a sufficient supply of parts and tools.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
