About The Position
The Mobile Solutions Architect will architect, design, and develop iOS and Android mobile applications integrated with Mobile Backend as a Service (MBaaS) using the Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS) architecture. The role supports the DC DMV Mobile Application (Destiny), which uses cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and mobile capabilities to improve services for citizens, enhance government operations, and strengthen data security. The selected candidate will learn DC DMV’s mobile infrastructure and application implementation requirements to facilitate continuous feature releases. This is a Master level position requiring 16 years of work experience and a BS degree or equivalent. The client is DC Government, and the role is based onsite in Washington, DC; an in-person interview is required.
