Requirements
- Proven experience as a mobile service technician or in a related mechanical or electrical repair role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform physical work and work in various environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Travel as needed within the Phoenix, AZ area to meet service requests.
