About The Position

Lincoln of Ramsey and Lincoln of Wayne are seeking an experienced technician to join their growing Lincoln Mobile Service Department. This full-time role involves carrying out vehicle repairs and diagnostics in a mobile service environment. The employer provides a mobile service van and the tools and equipment required for it, along with hands-on training from current mobile technicians. The position requires adaptability, professionalism, and strong communication skills, including comfort working directly with clients. Technicians must be prepared to work outdoors and deal with weather and other conditions that can affect mobile service. The stated pay range is $20–$30 per hour, depending on skills and level. The role offers a 40-hour work week, overtime opportunities, weekly incentives and goals, flagged-hours bonuses, and additional service request bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, plus rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., also with a one-hour lunch; Saturday hours may vary.

Requirements

Strong technician background with solid diagnostic and repair skills.
