Lincoln/Ford Senior Master Technician
About The Position
Lincoln of Ramsey is seeking experienced Senior Master Ford/Lincoln Technicians with experience working on all makes and models. The role calls for strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills, along with a commitment to quality workmanship, honesty, and integrity. Technicians are expected to communicate well and contribute to a team-oriented workplace. Compensation and flat-rate pay are based on individual skill level, certifications, experience, and qualifications. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $10,000, paid over an 18-month structure. The dealership will arrange pickup and delivery of the technician’s toolbox and equipment. Requirements
- Senior Master Lincoln or Ford Technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, honesty, and integrity.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles.
- Perform quality workmanship.
- Work on Ford and Lincoln vehicles and vehicles of other makes and models.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
