Requirements
- CERTIFIED MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN with experience servicing Ford vehicles or other automotive brands.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a mobile environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to respond to service calls within the defined service area of Titusville, FL.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for Ford and other certified vehicles.
- Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide transparent communication regarding repairs and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all service work performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while working remotely.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to provide seamless customer service and follow-up.
