Mechanical aptitude

Willing to jump in and help out where needed

Knowledge of trucks and trailers, including systems and components
Demonstrates self-motivation, willingness to learn, and effective problem-solving skills
Basic tool set and tool box to start (assistance programs available)
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally and 10-50 lbs. frequently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliability and a dedication to be a hard worker
Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly work environment
Honesty and respect

Nice To Haves

Overnight travel required
Operating engine lathes experience
Experience in welding, fabrication, and machining
CDL a plus
Technical aptitude with basic electric diagnostic / troubleshooting experience a plus
Welding experience a plus
