About The Position

Susquehanna Automotive Group (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Ford) is seeking to hire an individual that will be responsible for providing off-site vehicle maintenance, recalls and light repairs to local customers and fleets. The position will be responsible for providing a friendly vehicle repair experience at the client’s home or work (Company Van and Equipment Provided). This position is a very unique opportunity for any individual who enjoys a mixture of servicing vehicles and interacting with customers. Only 40% of the day is spent working on vehicles and the rest of it spent creating positive experiences with our customers. This position is also unique in that you will get the opportunity to work for two different dealership brands. You will be provided training from both Ford and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to grow your overall skills and experience.

Requirements

Ability to gain technical and customer service experience.
Ability to work independently with limited need for oversight.
