About The Position
This role involves performing factory recalls remotely throughout Centre County, maintaining a mobile service vehicle, monitoring the repair schedule, distributing promotional materials, and collaborating with the BDC and Service Manager to generate new customers and manage appointments.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Troubleshooting Skills
- Documented Experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or other Related Field
- Understanding of Stuckey Automotive’s Excellent Customer Service
- Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness
- Driven and Passionate to achieve growth and goals
- Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service Skills
- Strong Professional Manners
- Knowledge of Diagnostic and Repair Equipment
- Must meet deadlines
- Detail Oriented

Responsibilities
- Perform factory recalls remotely throughout Centre County.
