Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor/ Appointment Scheduler in a dealership or service center (Ford/Lincoln preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a mobile work environment
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile service customers
  • Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
  • Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
  • Create accurate service estimates and invoices
  • Collaborate with mobile technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Promote dealership services and build long-term customer relationships
