About The Position

Haselwood Auto Group is seeking a Mobile Service Advisor to join their innovative MobileService+ program, which brings dealership-quality maintenance and repair services directly to customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers using the mobile service, coordinating appointments, consulting on needs, preparing estimates, obtaining approvals, and ensuring clear communication. The advisor will work closely with mobile technicians, parts, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, including maintaining schedules, documenting repairs, providing updates, and reviewing completed work and charges.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record for at least three (3) years.
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check prior to employment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening including cannabis as the position is Safety Sensitive.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of automotive service advising, automotive sales, or related customer service experience.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service appointments for the MobileService+ program.
  • Consult with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Work closely with mobile technicians, parts departments, and service teams.
  • Maintain service schedules and document repair orders.
  • Provide customers with service updates.
  • Review completed work and charges with customers.

  • Commission based pay plan $45,000 - $80,000
