About The Position

Haselwood Auto Group is seeking a Mobile Service Advisor to join their team and support GM's innovative MobileService+ program. This program brings dealership-quality maintenance and repair services directly to customers at their preferred locations. The Mobile Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers using this service, responsible for coordinating appointments, consulting on needs, preparing estimates, securing approvals, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process. This role involves close collaboration with mobile technicians, parts departments, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key duties include managing service schedules, documenting repair orders, providing status updates, and reviewing completed work and charges with customers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record for at least three (3) years.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check prior to employment.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis due to Safety Sensitive identification.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of automotive service advising, automotive sales, or related customer service experience.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing the MobileService+ program.
  • Coordinate service appointments.
  • Consult with customers regarding maintenance and repair needs.
  • Prepare accurate estimates.
  • Obtain customer approvals for services.
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the service process.
  • Work closely with mobile technicians, parts departments, and service teams.
