About The Position

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking an experienced Mobile Semi-Trailer Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic to join their team. This role offers weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, a new mobile vehicle, and career growth opportunities. Requirements

Experience as a Trailer Technician, Trailer Mechanic, Mobile Mechanic, or Fleet Maintenance Technician
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with welding, brake systems, suspension, and electrical repair
Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities

Respond to mobile service calls and complete on-site trailer repairs
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot trailer issues
Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
Repair and replace trailer components including: Brake systems, Suspension systems, Electrical wiring and lighting, Floors, doors, frames, and structural components, Troubleshooting and repairing liftgate issues
Perform welding and fabrication work as required
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
Manage inventory and parts on service vehicle
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
