About The Position

Road Runner Sports is hiring a Mobile Retail Lead for Shoe Force, a mobile retail concept that brings the company’s Perfect Fit Process to customers at wellness events, corporate sites, health expos, and other community events. The role travels to a new location each day and guides customers through Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology to provide personalized recommendations and a “Wow Customer Experience.”

This is a sales-based position supporting customers on their journey to a healthier life. Team Members receive tools and training, and may earn rewards through a bonus program for customer service and achieving sales goals. The position also offers discounts on brands sold by the company. Compensation is $19.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic approach to selling the Shoe Force program.
• Ability to load and unload the Shoe Force van daily and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to adapt to changing, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to remain on your feet for four hours at a time.
• Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a large van.
• Successful completion of a background check after acceptance of a potential offer and before the start date.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Shoe Force program and provide a positive customer experience.
• Guide customers through Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology and provide personalized recommendations.
• Load and unload the Shoe Force van daily, including moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Travel to different wellness events, corporate sites, health expos, and special events throughout the community.
