Mobile Retail Lead
About The Position
Road Runner Sports is hiring a Mobile Retail Lead for Shoe Force, a mobile retail concept that brings the company’s Perfect Fit Process to customers. The role travels to a new location each day, including wellness events, corporate sites, health expos, and other community events. The Mobile Retail Lead guides customers through the Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology and gives personalized product recommendations as part of the Wow Customer Experience. This is a sales-based position with tools and training provided. Team members can earn bonuses for customer service and consistently meeting sales goals. The role offers an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $23.00 and discounts on favorite brands.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic approach to selling the Shoe Force program.
- Ability to load and unload the Shoe Force van and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Ability to remain on your feet for four hours at a time.
- Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a large van.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology.
- Provide personalized recommendations and deliver the Wow Customer Experience.
- Sell the Shoe Force program and work toward sales goals.
- Load and unload the Shoe Force van daily.
- Drive the van to changing locations and community events.
