The Mobile Response Team Lead will coordinate Mobile Response Team operations during emergency calls or urgent field deployments. Supervises and support MRT personnel, ensuring clear direction and effective teamwork. Assesses incidents or service requests and determine appropriate response strategies. Ensures team compliance with safety protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Serves as the main communication point between the MRT, management, and other responding agencies or departments. The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team can deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals.
