The Mobile Response Team Lead will coordinate Mobile Response Team operations during emergency calls or urgent field deployments. Supervises and support MRT personnel, ensuring clear direction and effective teamwork. Assesses incidents or service requests and determine appropriate response strategies. Ensures team compliance with safety protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Serves as the main communication point between the MRT, management, and other responding agencies or departments.

Requirements

Preferred 2 years of relevant field response experience (crisis response, emergency services, healthcare outreach, or similar).
One (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel or respond to field locations.
LVN/LPT/RN/LCSW/LMFT.

Responsibilities
