About The Position

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Examiner to provide phlebotomy, examination, and diagnostic services in clients’ homes, workplaces, and company centers. This field-based role requires local travel and offers flexible scheduling. The Mobile Examiner provides patient care, manages specimens, uses company technology to track and submit cases, and supports day-to-day operations. The stated pay range is $20–$27 per hour. Salary offers consider relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications where applicable, and market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification, based on state requirements.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
• Internet access, a computer, and a printer.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions in the previous 36 months and none in the most recent 12 months.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces.
• Take basic vital signs and record medical histories.
• Perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe and timely transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients and provide customer service.
• Use company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory and maintain clean workspaces.
• Dispatch calls and occasionally mentor new team members.
