Supervises Mobile Medical Equipment Department staff. Assigns work schedules and monitors workflow, prioritizes work, and adjusts assignments to accommodate needs of the department. This role involves the cleaning and transportation of movable medical equipment throughout the medical campus. The position also monitors equipment inventory levels, stocking locations, and par levels, and notifies repair technicians of malfunctions. Additionally, the role assists in developing training materials and providing training for the Mobile Medical Equipment team, performs basic equipment functional tests, and conducts scheduled preventive maintenance (training will be provided). The Team Lead promotes the safe use of clinical equipment, seeks opportunities for efficient management, supports continuous quality improvements, and maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
