About The Position

Paragon 28 (P28), a Zimmer Biomet company, is hiring a Mobile Lab Coordinator for the Eastern Continental US. The Mobile Lab Coordinator is responsible for the P28 Mobile Lab activities to include scheduling, training, outreach and promotion of P28’s innovative products. The position is also responsible for ensuring transportation of the Mobile Lab from one location to another – which may include driving - and ensuring proper setups for each lab held. This position requires up to 80% travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a regulated bio-laboratory required, including: Proper handling/prepping of human tissue, Safe handling of biologically contaminated product, Lab or clean room experience that meets AATB and OSHA standard.
• Experience working a Cell Operating System or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas/direction to business partners, management and physicians and sales representatives.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while maintaining compliance to P28 standards and all legal requirements.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work and solve issues independently.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical device industry, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of mobile bio-skills lab.
• Ensure Mobile Lab transportation from one location to another.
• Proper set up and breakdown of each lab.
• Ensure all safety rules and regulations are met to AATB and OSHA standards.
• Manage P28 products, PPE, general instrumentation and anatomical inventory.
• Manage assigned budgets and calendar requests for labs.
• Ensure the proper handling of all anatomical tissue.
• Operate mini c-arm imaging machine.
• Manage and service company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
