About The Position

Provide Guests with a We Win Hearts gaming experience by offering friendly service and a positive attitude while writing, running and paying Keno tickets via mobile device. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management
• Have basic math skills
• Have a basic understanding of the game of Keno
• Ability to walk Gaming area and Restaurants carrying Mobile device, printer and bank
• Ability to work under limited supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
