About The Position

Voltava is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator for their 2nd shift. This role involves safely operating sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. The operator will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and supporting efficient production flow. Requirements

Mandatory sit-down forklift experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or material-handling environment.
Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety mindset.
Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day.
Ability to lift 20 – 40 pounds frequently.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and reliability.
Ability to be on time, lead by example, and maintain constructive working relationships.
Successful completion of required post-offer pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Load and unload trucks.
Support efficient production flow.
Unload incoming trucks, put inventory away, and rack and stack products up to 16 feet high.
Load trucks with empty dunnage.
Maintain an organized, productive work area.
Identify and communicate equipment, material, or operational issues to the appropriate team member.
