About The Position

Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Perform inspections to identify mechanical issues before they affect production. Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to supervisors. Work with operations teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime while following safety procedures and contributing to a strong safety culture.

The role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Successful candidates must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair mobile equipment.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to established procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
