This Mobile role is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Valid Drivers License is required. The Mobile Engineer will perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s). This includes maintaining heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems. The role involves monitoring and adjusting mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam stations, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, and other equipment to ensure a comfortable environment. The engineer will also verify field conditions, perform necessary repairs or adjustments, monitor energy management, and conduct general repairs to property elements such as doors, ceilings, hand railings, and floors. Preventive maintenance duties are a key part of the role, including filter changes, coil cleaning, condenser flushing, tube punching, bearing greasing, belt inspection/adjustment, motor bearing replacement, pulley/shaft alignment, monitoring water chemical treatment, cooling tower maintenance, and annual inspections. The engineer will inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling towers, motors, pumps, electric rooms, generators, and fire/sump/ejector pumps. Responsibilities also include replacing lamps, light fixtures, signage, and ensuring rooms are clear of obstructions. Fire and life safety inspections, including emergency exit signs and access to emergency stairs, are also required, adhering to NFPA, local jurisdiction, and C&W standards. The role requires documenting and reporting activities, responding immediately to emergencies, and complying with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives. Safety training and adherence to the C&W Uniform Dress Code are mandatory.
