This Mobile role is based in Houston, Texas. Valid Drivers license is required. The Mobile Engineer will perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s). This includes maintaining heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems. The role involves monitoring and adjusting mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam stations, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, and other equipment to ensure a comfortable environment. Responsibilities also include verifying field conditions, performing necessary repairs or adjustments, monitoring energy management, and repairing doors, ceilings, hand railings, and floors. Preventive maintenance duties are crucial, including changing filters, cleaning coils, flushing condensers, and performing annual inspections. The engineer will inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling towers, motors, pumps, electric rooms, generators, and fire/sump/ejector pumps. They will also replace lamps, light fixtures, and signage, and ensure emergency exits are clear and accessible. Fire and life safety inspections are required, along with documenting and reporting activities to supervisors. The role demands immediate response to emergencies and customer concerns, compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, and safe work practices. Completion of C&W Safety Training and adherence to the C&W Uniform Dress Code are mandatory.
