About The Position

This role involves processing mobile deposits, creating online profiles within the banking system, and fulfilling requests from Bankers. A key responsibility is to meticulously review documents for errors, as these are legal documents requiring 100% accuracy. The position requires strong communication skills via Microsoft Teams, phone, and email to assist Bankers with inquiries regarding form completion and navigation within the system.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous banking experience (e.g., Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Contact Center).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Pride in accuracy in work.
• Ability to communicate well via Microsoft Teams, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Process mobile deposits.
• Create online profiles into the banking system.
• Fulfill requests from Bankers.
• Identify and correct errors in paperwork, ensuring 100% accuracy in legal documents.
• Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams, phone, and email to assist Bankers with inquiries.
