About The Position

As a Mobile Custodian, you will travel to various retail stores throughout the week to provide cleaning services. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different cleaning environments and tasks. You will maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively and respectfully. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. The position requires travel to multiple locations and work in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments. Applicants must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record. A pre-employment background check is required to ensure eligibility for the assigned customer or location. Alternative work locations may be offered as appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations.
• Ability to work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds at times.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and carry for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work with various cleaning tools and equipment.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check to meet eligibility requirements for the assigned customer or location.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing retail store areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Keep surfaces clean and free of debris.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals properly.
• Work with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and to high standards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines, use cleaning products and equipment safely, and promptly report safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Travel to different retail locations throughout the week and adapt to different environments and tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and represent the company in a positive, respectful manner.
• Perform other duties as required.
