About The Position

The Custodian (Mobile Workforce Technician 1) performs standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of H.B.M.’s mobile workforce team. Technicians travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to H.B.M. service standards. The role focuses on learning cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and helping the team complete daily service routes. Mobile Workforce employees perform routine cleaning duties and do not operate specialized equipment or handle advanced cleaning chemicals until they have completed additional training. The position is full-time and based on Oahu, Hawaii. Schedules vary and may be 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, or 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Employees must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The hourly pay rate is $19.00.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Maintain high-touch disinfection standards.
Follow task checklists and H.B.M. cleaning procedures.
Work as part of a mobile team servicing multiple locations.
Assist with routine cleaning tasks and equipment setup.
Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the workday.
Report supply shortages, access issues, or safety concerns to the team lead.
Follow instructions from the Technician Lead and Dispatch Manager.
Represent H.B.M. professionally at customer sites.
Maintain a clean appearance and respectful demeanor.
Follow all company safety policies.
