About The Position

As a Mobile Custodian, you will travel to various retail stores throughout the week to provide cleaning services. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to different cleaning environments and tasks. You will represent the company professionally and respectfully. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. A pre-employment background check is required to confirm eligibility for the assigned customer or location. Alternative work locations may be offered as appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations.
• Ability to work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds at times.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and carry for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work with various cleaning tools and equipment.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for the assigned customer or location, verified by a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize areas of retail stores.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Keep surfaces clean and free of debris.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals properly.
• Work with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines, use cleaning products and equipment safely, and promptly report safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Travel to different retail locations throughout the week and adapt to different cleaning environments and tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and represent the company positively and respectfully.
• Perform other duties as required.
