About The Position

Watermark Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide support and leadership at their Mobile Clinic. This role will facilitate and lead clinical operations, assist with administrative tasks, and oversee volunteer management and development. The mission of Watermark Health is to serve the community by empowering the local church to address physical healthcare needs and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing at Watermark Community Church or Partner Church
  • Aligned with and passionate about the mission/vision/values of WMH
  • Minimum 3+ years of full-time professional nursing experience
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification
  • Proficient with EHRs, Microsoft Teams, and Office Suite
  • Quick learner of other databases and systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastoral and medical supplies to ensure excellent patient care by staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee Mobile Clinic's labs, including daily, weekly, and monthly quality control tasks.
  • Lead the execution of Specialty Events such as School Physical Day, Inclement Weather clinics, and pop-up clinics.
  • Oversee triage, registration, intake, medication administration, health education, patient follow-up, and pastoral care conversations to provide dignified, Christ-glorifying healthcare.
  • Partner with the South Dallas/Mobile Provider to offer medical, relational, and spiritual leadership for patient interactions, and coach/train volunteers in patient encounters.
  • Provide spiritual leadership for FD, RN, and PC volunteers, guiding their discipleship in compassionate, Christ-centered care, ensuring they fulfill role responsibilities, live out CARED values, and have regular check-ins.
  • Partner with the Clinical Services team in the development and execution of Primary Care services.
  • Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to identify outreach opportunities and help lead the community outreach strategy for South Dallas.
  • Supervise Mobile community outreach events to raise awareness of the clinic's services and engage the community.
  • Seek the welfare of the community by building relationships with community leaders, ministries, and local church members to address their healthcare concerns.
