About The Position
The Mobile Branch Lead is both the heart and driver of First Alliance’s Mobile Branch. You’ll lead the team, manage daily operations, and be our top lending producer—all while bringing financial services directly into the community. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance production, operations, and people leadership—all in a unique, community-focused environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial services experience (with at least 1 year in lending)
- Proven leadership ability (formal or informal)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Mobile Branch team to deliver outstanding member service.
- Build a strong loan pipeline and meet lending goals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Ensure the mobile branch is safe, ready, and running smoothly each day.
- Represent First Alliance at every stop, building connections with members and local organizations.
- Provide daily feedback and mentorship to your team, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
