Mobile Associate - Retail Sales, Bilingual Preferred
About The Position
The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping them with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The role involves building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Associates develop skills in customer interaction, digital tool use, and service plan recommendations. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources. The work supports a strong customer experience, customer relationships, and loyalty. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. The position requires no travel and is not DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Required skills: change agility, communication, customer problem solving, customer service, engaging people, multitasking, sales, and teamwork orientation.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
- Bilingual ability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management.
