About The Position

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent T-Mobile in a warehouse or club kiosk setting, engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment. They educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions that help customers stay connected. Associates use digital tools and product knowledge to explain T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits, deliver personalized customer experiences, and support sales. The role includes training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources, along with ongoing skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000. The hourly base pay is $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. T-Mobile guarantees employees at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools and effective communication to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources; practice skills, share knowledge, and support store operations.
• Provide friendly, exceptional service by establishing rapport, trust, and loyalty, matching the pace of each customer, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity at the location.
• Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
