About The Position

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent T-Mobile in a warehouse or club kiosk setting, helping customers in a high-traffic retail environment. They educate customers, demonstrate and recommend products and services, and explain the value of T-Mobile warehouse and club member benefits. The role includes training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources, as well as ongoing skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations. After completing on-the-job training, associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and is open to applicants at least 18 years old who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.

Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources.
Practice skills, share knowledge, and support store operations.
Provide friendly, personalized service; establish rapport, trust, and loyalty; and work to exceed customer expectations.
Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity at the location.
Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
