About The Position

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent T-Mobile inside a warehouse or club kiosk, helping customers in a high-traffic retail environment. They educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while showcasing the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits. Associates use digital tools, build rapport and trust, and deliver service tailored to each customer. They complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources, and continue developing their skills through practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. The role pays a base rate of $18.00 per hour, plus $5.00 per hour during training; T-Mobile guarantees employees $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status.
