Mobile Associate - Retail Sales, Bilingual
About The Position
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. It involves building proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, and consistently using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success is measured by building customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. The work enhances customer loyalty and supports team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training is completed, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000; actual incentives vary by performance and full-time status. T-Mobile guarantees employees at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Required skills: change agility, communication, customer problem solving, customer service, engaging people, multitasking, and sales.

- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
