Mobile Associate - Retail Sales, Bilingual
About The Position
The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping address their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The role builds proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions. Associates consistently use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, complete required training, and contribute to customer loyalty and a seamless customer experience through effective communication and service delivery. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. T-Mobile guarantees all employees earnings of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. The hourly base pay is $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay during the training period.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Required skills: change agility, communication, customer problem solving, customer service, engaging people, multitasking, and sales.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
