About The Position

Join a dynamic IT organization as a Mobile Asset Analyst, supporting the full lifecycle of enterprise mobile devices. This role manages mobile asset inventory, procurement, deployment, ServiceNow records, end-user support, and security compliance while ensuring devices are accurately tracked from acquisition through retirement.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in mobile device management, IT asset management, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM/asset management platforms.
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, MDM systems, and device lifecycle management.
• Understanding of IT security principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing large-scale device inventories and simultaneous deployments.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance.
• Experience documenting procedures and communicating with IT teams, end users, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related mobile assets using ServiceNow and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
• Track device assignments, ownership, deployment status, and location while resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and MDM enrollment before deployment.
• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, upgrades, warranties, refreshes, data wiping, and secure disposal.
• Maintain ServiceNow asset records and develop reports, dashboards, and queries covering utilization, costs, fleet composition, and compliance.
• Process mobile device incidents and service requests, troubleshooting configuration, connectivity, and technical issues.
• Monitor security compliance and support lost/stolen device procedures, remote wipes, and device deactivation.
