Early Career - Mobile Application Developer
About The Position
This is an immersive training program that begins with a classroom-style bootcamp and graduates into on-the-job training. Upon completion, it results in conversion to a permanent employee. The program emphasizes real-world development workflows, agile collaboration, secure coding practices, UX alignment, DevOps automation, and production-ready delivery standards. Participants build progressively complex applications, culminating in a full-scale enterprise mobile solution. They will learn modern mobile engineering practices using Swift, Kotlin, Xcode, Android Studio, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture approaches. Upon conversion, the role is an Enterprise Mobile Application Development Engineer responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Working knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, JSON and REST
- Development Frameworks such as React, Node.js and Spring Boot

- Knowledge of AI tooling and the landscape of AI in the IT industry
- Strong working knowledge of modern development technologies and tools such as Agile, CI/CD, Git and Jenkins
Responsibilities
- Design and develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Build scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade mobile architectures
- Develop applications using Swift, Kotlin, Xcode, and Android Studio
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs, authentication systems, and cloud services
- Apply modern software engineering and agile development practices
- Build and consume RESTful and microservice-based architectures
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile delivery
- Collaborate effectively with product, UX, architecture, and QA teams
