BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, founded in 2019 with the mission to help people plan, save, and grow their money. They are expanding to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more, aiming to help people get more from their money daily. BJAK has a global team of over 20 nationalities and is looking for talented and driven individuals who are passionate about building next-generation financial products and redefining financial applications for everyone.

This role is for mobile developers to build BJAK's AI Neobank app across Android and iOS. The ideal candidate is a strong mobile builder capable of shipping clean, reliable, and intuitive mobile experiences, with expertise in Android, iOS, or both.

Requirements

• Strong mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both.
• Experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users.
• Good product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.
• Able to work across APIs, releases, debugging and production issues.
• Hands-on builder who can take ownership without heavy guidance.
• Clear evidence of shipped work: app links, GitHub, screenshots or project explanations.
• Strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile features across Android, iOS or cross-platform flows depending on your strength.
• Create clean journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI-assisted features.
• Work from product problem to shipped mobile experience, not just assigned screens.
• Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features.
• Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour.
• Help raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and speed across the product.
