Essential DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Create and maintain material master records, Bills of Material (BOMs), and routing data in the ERP system in accordance with company standards. Review and validate data against engineering drawings and process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production, Costing, and Purchasing to resolve data discrepancies. Support production planning and product costing by maintaining accurate and timely system data. Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and standardization within Material Data Management processes. Assist with documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis as needed. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a quick learner with a positive attitude who demonstrates common sense. Must be highly organized and have the ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, oral and written, required. Must be able to work and interact with coworkers, supervisors, and managers at all levels in a professional manner. Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills required. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods. Occasionally must bend, climb, or squat. Must be available to work weekends and/or overtime. Must be able to work and concentrate in a noisy, fast paced environment. Ability to wear protective equipment such as earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, boots, respirators, etc. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Preform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. ERP system experience preferred; SAP experience a plus. Education and Experience Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
