About The Position

Maxwell Mansion has an exciting opportunity to join our Beverage team at the historic Lake Geneva Maxwell Mansion & Boutique Hotel. We are a 28-room upscale boutique hotel with two unique bars and lounges. This role is responsible for crafting the finest cocktails and cultivating the end-to-end guest experience to ensure 5-star reviews and positive word-of-mouth referrals. A valid operator's (bartender's) license in Lake Geneva is required, or proof of application prior to the first shift. A flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends is necessary.

Requirements

• Prior craft cocktail bartending experience.
• Valid operator's (bartender's) license in Lake Geneva or must show that the license has been applied for prior to your first shift.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to be constantly on your feet.
• Creativity.
• Superior customer service-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Crafting the finest cocktails and mocktails.
• Cultivating the end-to-end guest experience.
• Ensuring guests have memorable moments and write 5-star reviews.
• Assisting the team where help is needed throughout the property.
• Keeping a clean work area.
