About The Position

The Mixing & Batching Technician operates grinders, mixers, sifters, and other department equipment and performs additional assigned duties. This is a fast-paced job requiring attention to detail. The technician supports the Area Lead with shift-change preparation and must be capable of performing at least 50% of the Area Lead’s responsibilities. The role involves following batch sheets, weighing ingredients, cleaning and assembling equipment, maintaining an organized work area, working safely, attending daily training, and promoting teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Help the Area Lead prepare for shift change.
• Be capable of performing at least 50% of the Area Lead’s responsibilities.
• Follow batch sheets and weigh ingredients.
• Operate mixers, meat grinders, and other department equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Clean and assemble equipment.
• Promote teamwork.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
• Attend daily trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
