About The Position

Quality Liquid Feeds (QLF) is seeking a reliable and motivated Mixer Technician/Maintenance/Receiver to join their production team at their Muskogee, OK facility. This role is crucial for coordinating and executing batching schedules, manufacturing products to specification, performing basic equipment maintenance and repairs, receiving ingredients from various transport methods, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and FDA standards and safety policies.

Requirements

• High school level reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude—you’re handy with tools and know your way around equipment.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
• Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals.
• Manufacture products to spec using formulas.
• Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records.
• Unload railcars, barges, and trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.
