About The Position

The Mixer Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, operating machines and production equipment in accordance with instructions and safety requirements. The role involves setting up or adjusting equipment to meet manufacturing specifications, monitoring product quality, and maintaining daily production records for performance analysis. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. The stated hourly pay range is $25.02; additional compensation may include shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting mixing equipment and related machinery.
• Attention to detail for accurate measurement and adherence to specifications.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
