About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Technician to help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after water, fire, or mold damage. This entry-level role supports customers during difficult situations, offers opportunities to learn valuable skills, and involves working as part of a team to make a meaningful impact. The role includes performing restoration and cleanup services under supervision, providing customer service, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and assisting with project setup and materials removal. Technicians participate in an on-call schedule and may support warehouse and facility tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, pull, push, reach, and stoop for 8–12+ hours per day.
• Ability to work in potentially extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup services under supervision, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with setting up equipment and temporary structures and preparing materials for removal.
• Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job.
• Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed.
• Support warehouse and facility tasks when required.
