About The Position

C&B Complete Cleaning and Construction is hiring an internal Mitigation Technician to assess and restore homes and businesses affected by flood, fire, or mold damage. The role involves hands-on restoration work at customer properties as part of a team. No prior experience with advanced drying techniques is needed; training is provided. This internal posting is open only to current C&B Complete Cleaning and Construction employees; external candidates will not be considered.

The position is based at the company office in Frankford, Delaware, and follows a second-shift schedule: Friday and Monday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM. Days off are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The job starts at $18–$20 per hour and does not require on-call work.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift more than 30 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to reliably report to the Frankford, Delaware office for the stated schedule.
• Successfully pass a background check; violent offenses or criminal convictions that prevent working around children are disqualifying.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced drying techniques at properties affected by damage; training is provided.
• Remove or demolish damaged materials at customer homes and commercial buildings.
• Use and maintain company equipment.
• Keep jobsites clean and neat.
• Communicate professionally with clients, management, and coworkers.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
