About The Position

SI Restoration is a 24/7 water, fire and mold mitigation and restoration company with over 37 years of experience. We are seeking a Mitigation Coordinator with industry experience to join our team. This role involves various administrative functions critical to our restoration process.

Requirements

  • Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Strong Customer Service/People skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think and reason strategically
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Ability to pass background check and random drug tests
  • High school diploma or higher education

  • Construction/Repairs experience
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls
  • Initial job intake
  • Gathering and reviewing required information for accuracy
  • Entering jobs into our system and syncing with PSA, Timeero, and Encircle
  • Scheduling crews
  • Following up with customers and crews
  • Reviewing foreman's paperwork for accuracy
  • Updating notes and dates in multiple databases
  • Updating clients on job progress
  • Resolving general customer concerns
  • Being on call every other weekend to take new loss calls, enter job information, and schedule the on-call Foreman
