About The Position

Join CACI as a SIGINT Mission Planner/Scheduler in a high-speed resource management position. The role collaborates, coordinates, and optimizes resource capabilities across multiple missions. It involves producing and executing mission plans and schedules, and supporting the operation, tasking, and tuning of mission assets. The analyst develops detailed plans and procedures for system collection, mission execution, performance analysis, and optimization, then builds schedules to optimize mission execution. The position also analyzes metric data to identify trends, issues, and inconsistencies and to make recommendations.

Requirements

• Typically, more than 4 years of application DoD experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Strong communication skills; highly motivated and mission- and team-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with local senior management and remote personnel.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, near-real-time environment requiring foresight and strong technical skills.
• Ability to work with multiple computer software applications simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with any or all of the following: UNIX, web-based applications, operational chat rooms, SUN and/or Linux workstations, satellites, and payload configurations.
• Previous certification in mission management disciplines or SIGINT analysis.
• Prior DoD SIGINT Analyst and Reporting experience, including CTT, CTR, 1N2, 1N4, 35S, 35N, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems.
• Analyze metric data to identify trends, issues, and inconsistencies, and make recommendations based on data sets.
• Work with minimal supervision, follow established procedures, and determine new solutions to mission situations.
• Interact with multiple customers, both on-site and off-site.
• Produce and execute mission plans and schedules and perform activities associated with the operation, tasking, and tuning of mission assets.
• Develop detailed plans and procedures to maximize mission support, including system collection, mission execution, and performance analysis and optimization.
• Build schedules based on detailed plans to optimize mission execution.
