About The Position

Join CACI as a SIGINT Mission Planner/Scheduler in a high-speed resource management role. The position collaborates, coordinates, and optimizes resource capabilities across multiple missions. It involves producing and executing mission plans and schedules, and supporting the operation, tasking, and tuning of mission assets. The planner develops detailed plans and procedures to maximize mission support in system collection, mission execution, performance analysis, and optimization, then builds schedules to optimize execution.

Requirements

• Typically, greater than 4 years of application DoD experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Strong communication skills; motivated, mission-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with local senior management and remote personnel.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, near-real-time environment requiring foresight and strong technical skills.
• Ability to work with multiple computer software applications simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with any or all of the following: UNIX, web-based applications, operational chat rooms, SUN and/or Linux workstations, satellites, and payload configurations.
• Previous certification in mission management disciplines or SIGINT analysis.
• Prior DoD SIGINT analyst and reporting experience, including CTT, CTR, 1N2, 1N4, 35S, 35N, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems.
• Work with minimal supervision under established procedures and determine new solutions to mission situations.
• Interact with multiple customers, both on-site and off-site.
• Produce and execute mission plans, schedules, and activities associated with operating, tasking, and tuning mission assets.
• Develop detailed plans and procedures to maximize mission support in system collection, mission execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Build schedules based on detailed plans to optimize mission execution.
